Request for Donations

Since quite a few years, Ikhwezi Primary School has provided quality education to our disadvantaged children in our community.  Our school has been able, to remain a centre of skills acquisition for younger community.  Last year, generous donations from local businesses helped us  to host Award Ceremony for the best Achievers.

This year our main aim is to infuse Award Ceremony with a farewell ceremony  for our grades R and 7 we aim to    conscientize our future generation about the importance of Education through awarding all those learners who performed well in the following categories:-

Best Story Teller, Best Poet, Best Reader of the Year, Neat Learner of the year,

Punctual learner of the year,  and Best Learner of the year in Mathematics (Per grade).

This event is meant to highlight the significance of reading, speaking, listening and writing. We will be saying farewell to our grade 7 learners who will be leaving us and taking a new journey in the secondary level

The total budget for this function is -+ R8000 which if broken down is as follows:-

Tent or Marquee R800

Printing of Award Certificates:  R500 Ink cartridges and Gloss paper

Catering for  250 individuals (Parents , Learners and Guests} :R4000

Sound System: R600

Donations can be in any form i.e. Cash or anything material which might be necessary to assist us on this important day.
